WHAT IT IS: Fring is a cool app, like Palringo, that brings your entire social network under one roof. Every IM contact, Facebook, Twitter, Google Talk, and Skype friend can be reached through this app. You can chat, call, swap files/photos/videos, etc! WHY ITS COOL: With the ability to harness your phone's Internet connection you can make voice calls and Symbian users (at least initially) can access Last.Fm to listen to free streaming music (see video below). If you are a Twitter or Facebook junky, then Fring taps into those friends as well.
