"A couple months ago an elderly couple came in and were interested in a smart phone. The lady talked about how she loved taking pictures, but she recently broke her camera. We told her about the captivate and the awesome pictures it takes. She said what she misses most about her camera is the fact that she could take the memory card out and take it to Target to print them out. This sale was a real team effort with Joe, Jon and I all helping them out with world class service. She then asked us to take a photo for her so that she can always remember the Spring Team that helped her out. She came in a week later and brought us each a copy of this photo. It has been sitting on our counter ever since then."
